Booking/Cancelation Policy

ALL VISITS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
(applies to services and product pick-up)

 

New Service Bookings:
A deposit or credit card on file may be required for new clients or those with a history of late cancellations or no-shows. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Cancelling a Service Booking / No-Shows:
All appointments must be confirmed, cancelled, or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

 To avoid any fees, please plan accordingly.

A missed appointment, late arrival to an appointment, inadequate notice for cancellation or failing to show up (No-show) will incur a fee ranging from $20 to $100, depending on the cost of the service booked and the time required to perform the service.

Product Pick-Ups:
If you are unable to make your appointment for product order pick-up, please contact us to reschedule or arrange for shipping.
