Booking/Cancelation Policy

ALL VISITS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
(applies to services and product pick-up)

 

NEW SERVICE BOOKINGS:
We do not require a deposit for service bookings at this time.

CANCELLING A SERVICE BOOKING/ NO SHOWS:
All appointments must be confirmed, cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours. In order to avoid any fees, we ask that you plan ahead. 
A credit card deposit will be required for future appointments.

A missed appointment or inadequate notice for cancelation - Fee of $20 - $100, depending on the cost of the service booked, and time required to perform the service.

PRODUCT PICK-UPS:
If you cannot make your appointment for product order pick-up, please contact us to reschedule or to arrange for shipping.
