Booking/Cancelation Policy
ALL VISITS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
(applies to services and product pick-up)
NEW SERVICE BOOKINGS
All new bookings require a credit card on file and we may authorize 50% of the service at time of booking.
CANCELLING A SERVICE BOOKING
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours. In order to avoid a short notice cancellation fee, we ask that you plan ahead. The fee will be billed to the credit card used to book the service in the amount of 50% and is non refundable.
SERVICE NO SHOWS
Please note all no-show appointments (no contact before the booked time) will be required to pay the 50% cancellation fee. Rebooked appointments for no-shows require a 100% deposit and the above will apply at 100% the service cost for a second no-show.
