Booking/Cancelation Policy

ALL VISITS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
(applies to services and product pick-up)

 

NEW SERVICE BOOKINGS
We require a credit card number to reserve appointment bookings. We do not require a deposit for service bookings at this time.

CANCELLING A SERVICE BOOKING/ NO SHOWS
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours. In order to avoid a short notice cancelation/no show fee, we ask that you plan ahead. 
A credit card deposit will be required for subsequent appointments.

First missed appointment or inadequate notice for cancelation - Fee of $20 which will be charged to the credit card on file
Second missed appointment or inadequate notice for cancelation - Fee $50% of scheduled appointment cost which will be charged to the credit card on file
Third missed appointment or inadequate notice for cancelation - Fee of 100% of scheduled appointment cost which will be charged to the credit card on file

If you cannot make your appointment for product order pick-up, please contact us to reschedule or to arrange for shipping.
