Microneedling vs. Microchanneling - Why Procell Microchanneling is Superior?

How do I decide if PRO or MD serums are the right choice for me?
The general rule is for 40 years old or younger, the PRO will most always suit the needs to refresh the skin, reduce pigment and pore size and keep collagen production at an optimum level. For over 40 years old and for scarring, the MD option will be the better choice.

Aftercare must be used for optimal results. The minimum is for one week, but to amplify your final result (seen in 12 weeks), it is best to continue with aftercare throughout the entirety of course of treatment, up to 10 days following final treatment.
How can I prepare for my Microchanneling treatment?
The most important thing you can do to prepare for your treatment is to make sure your body is fully hydrated. Collagen production is reliant on water. The MINIMUM water intake per day is 1/2 of your body weight in oz, one week before treatment.
eg. If you weigh 120 lbs the intake would be 60 oz of water per day. If you consume coffee, alcohol or other diuretic food/drinks, increase the intake
Is it painful?
There is little to no discomfort associated with facial and body treatments.
When needed, there will be a numbing cream applied approximately 45 minutes before the microchanneling procedure begins.
There is no numbing cream used prior to scalp treatments, as the product cannot be effectively removed before treating with ProCell Microchanneling.
How long does ProCell Microchanneling last?
ProCell Microchanneling can last anywhere from 2 to 10 years, depending on clients age and lifestyle.
How many treatments will I need?
For light anti-aging treatments, 1 to 3 treatments may be sufficient but for deeper wrinkles & scarring, you may require 4 to 6 treatments to achieve desired results. An interval of 3 to 4 weeks between treatments is typically recommended and you can begin to see the results 2-3 weeks after your treatment.
What will my skin look like after the microchanneling treatment?
Anticipate experiencing redness and slight shedding of the treated skin for a duration of up to 5 days post-treatment. If deeper channeling depths are employed, the healing period may be extended. Enhance results by moisturizing with 5 to 10 times per day. It is essential to compensate for trans-epidermal water loss by incorporating additional moisturization into your skincare routine.
